Freelancer: subscribe through Apple or Google at £4.99/month or £49.99/year. Annual billing saves £9.89 against 12 monthly payments. Your store confirms trial eligibility and duration. Trials renew as paid subscriptions unless you cancel renewal.
Production & combined: billed monthly through the portal, with no free trial. The combined plan covers your linked personal Freelancer and Production profiles. Review existing Apple or Google coverage in the portal before changing plans.
Company Team: company access is separate from personal Freelancer access. The owner counts as a manager when managing productions. Managers working only in a paid company workspace do not need a personal Production subscription.
Your crew don’t need a paid plan to hear from you.
Crew without the Pencilled app still receive call sheets by email. They tap their personal link to open the PDF, and the portal automatically records that the call sheet has been opened—no app or separate confirmation step needed. Crew can also receive documents and respond to availability requests without a Freelancer subscription. Crew recipients and read-only viewers don’t use paid management seats.
